WE ARE CELEBRATING OUR SCHOOLS 150TH YEAR!

We have been learning about what school life was like
150 years ago at Arrowtown school.
Things were very different.  Tomorrow we will be
going back 150 years to experience what school
was like.  We are all dressing up like the children and
teachers would have back in those days.
Many of us are walking to school or coming by 
horse/pony to school.
We are going to experience a "slice" of the past for
the day.

We had a visitor at school today!

This is Dino the lamb.  He belongs to Mrs G in Room 8.  She is his new mum. He has to be fed every 2 hours.  He loves being around people.  You should see how his tail waggles when he drinks from his bottle.

IT'S SPRING TIME

Room 1 have done an amazing job making Floral Art for the Spring Flower Show in Arrowtown.

We are off to Alpine Aqualand!

We have some exciting news to share with you.
All our Year 2's earned enough money from our Art Sale for us to go to Alpine Aqualand for a swim.

So next Tuesday, everyone make sure you get dropped off at the pool by 9am with your togs on for an awesome morning of swimming and fun!
